Just sharing how I am doing with my daily exercise schedule and the activities and am planning to be a part of. I am, what I recently read is called an “adult onset athlete”. I love that discription!

I recently got a “real bike” (a road bike) and am looking for to the 30th anniversary of the MS Bike Ride. The team I am riding with is Team CCC. Check out our team page as well as the event.

4ish (miles)

Ran 4ish miles today instead of the scheduled 3 from yesterday. It was 32 degrees and windy, but I was under a ton of stress today and welcomed the time to run.

10 MILES at the Petit Center

Ran at the Petit National Ice Center today with Terry. It was about 40 degrees inside and a nice way to put in the miles on our half marathon schedule. The track circles the ice rink and it's fun to see the skaters having fun. Sometimes you'll see the speedskaters working out, too. It's a nice change of pace and I am always amused by the zomboni crossing sign.

5 MILES 

It was foggy but close to forty degrees tonight. Still a little daylight left. Enjoyable run, but overheated and had BC issue again.

3.2 MILES

Ran the 3 mile loop backwards. In the dark and about 25 degrees. Can't believe how hard it's been to get my runs in. Guess I will really appreciate the upconing Sunday in day light!
