Just sharing how I am doing with my daily exercise schedule and the activities and am planning to be a part of. I am, what I recently read is called an “adult onset athlete”. I love that discription!

7 MILES

Ran seven miles with Terry. Decent run around West Bend, lots of hills and some unexpected ice patches. Around 3.5 at the top of the hill I must have been overheated had a little BC incident. By mile 4 the arthritis in my toes was about an 8 out of 10, but we finished.

XT - Cycling Class Speed workout

Made it to class for the yoga warm up at 6:30 am followed by cycling on our indoor trainers. Done be 9:00sm.

All I can say is done. Can believe I have had to run at night and in the dark this winter. Oh well, the holiday decorations are lovely!

3 MILE MORNING & 5 MILE NIGHT

I was behind on my schedule for the half. My schedule has been taking over. Had to do a double day in order to get back on track.

5 miles 

It was a cold run about 8 degrees. I think I wore too many layers and found it tough to get any momementum going. My face burned from the cold breeze, but I wasn't cold. I felt better by the time it was overbut continue to have major burning sensation in my neck, ears, spine and lower back.
