Now that my half marathon training is done I need to train with my new best friend, a 20-25 pack! I will continue strength training, swimming (plan to focus on intervals when swimming instead of doing my mile swim) and running. I've been posting my training since December so you can see how it's really going!

Headed for the Zillmer Trail in Kewaskum with TW for a 5.4 mile hike or run...not sure yet, but right now it feels more like a running day. Ended up being closer to 6 miles of awesomeness!
