Now that my half marathon training is done I need to train with my new best friend, a 20-25 pack! I will continue strength training, swimming (plan to focus on intervals when swimming instead of doing my mile swim) and running. I've been posting my training since December so you can see how it's really going!

6.15 miles and my friend had to get to a soccer game for her son. When I got home I mentioned that I would probably just log the last mile on my stationary bike. My daughter said go ahead if you want but their won't be a bike at the half marathon! So ran that last mile. She was right.
